PURPOSE: A wall dew condensation preventing structure and a vessel including the same are provided to efficiently block the generation of dew condensation by circulating air heated by waste heat of the vessel in a closed space between a wall and a cover box.;CONSTITUTION: A wall dew condensation preventing structure(100) comprise a cover box(110), a moisture absorption device(120), and dehumidification air(130). The cover box is made of a transparent material and covers the lower part of the indoor side of a wall(10). The cover box comprises an inlet(152) for supplying the dehumidification air and an outlet(154). The moisture absorption device is installed at the inner lower part of the cover box and comprises a spacer and a moisture absorbent.
