PURPOSE: A heat recovery ventilation device with a heating load control function is provided to efficiently discharge heated air from home appliances.;CONSTITUTION: A ventilation system having a heat recovery function includes a heat exchanger(301) and a bypass unit(303). An outdoor air region(111) is connected to an outdoor air pipe. An exhaust region(112) is connected to an exhaust pipe(102). A ventilation pipe(201) is connected to a ventilation region(211). A supply pipe(202) is connected to a supply region. The ventilation region is divided into a heated air region(211a) and a ventilation region(211b). The heated air region is connected to a heated air pipe(203) into which the heated air inhaled from the home appliances. The heated air region and the exhaust region are connected with each other through a bypass unit. The heated air passes through from the heated air region to the exhaust pipe region without heat exchange. A switch valve(12) is installed between the heated air region and the ventilation region. The heated air region and the ventilation region are connected or divided according to the operation of the switch valve. If the heated air region is connected to the ventilation region, the bypass unit is closed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
