The invention relates to a reinforcement device specially adapted to wind characteristics, designed to reinforce vertical structures. This device acts in a limited angle but thanks to its ability to rotate around the pylon it strengthens and thanks to a fin (6) which positions it in the optimal direction depending on the wind its action is always maximum. The reinforcement action of the device is done by support thanks to a rigid structure type crutch (2) and by traction thanks to a structure that can be flexible guy type. The thrust of the wind exerted on the upper part of the pylon is transmitted by the stand (2) or the stay is directly on the ground or the base of the pylon, several versions being possible. Being able to be profiled, it is particularly suitable for wind turbine towers.
