PURPOSE: A pivot motor for construction equipment having a function of preventing cavitation is provided to improve a make-up function by increasing the response property of a valve. CONSTITUTION: A pivot motor for construction equipment having a function of preventing cavitation comprises a motor body, a make-up valve(110), and a path for additionally discharging fluids. The motor body forms the outer shape. The make-up valve comprises a plunger(120), a valve cap, and an elastic member. The plunger is coupled to the motor body, and selectively operated based on a flow of hydraulic oil. The valve cap is coupled to the outside of the motor body. The elastic member is placed between the plunger and the valve cap. The path for additionally discharging the fluids is formed inside the motor body, and connected to a plunger groove inside the motor body. The path for additionally discharging the fluids increase the movement speed of the plunger.
