NON-CONTACT TYPE ANGLE MEASURING APPARATUS AND METHOD USING LASER DISPLACEMENT SENSOR, AND NON-CONTACT TYPE VIBRATION MEASURING METHOD OF SIDE MIRROR IN VEHICLE USING SAME
The present invention relates to a non-contact type angle measuring apparatus and method using a laser displacement sensor whose purpose is to precisely measure the angle regardless of the surface properties of an object to be measured and the distance between a laser source and the object and to widen a measurement angle range by using a non-contact measuring method where the laser is used. Additionally, the present invention includes a non-contact type vibration measuring method of a side mirror in a vehicle whose purpose is to conveniently and precisely measure angle variations of the side mirror, specifically a vibration degree such as a shake of the mirror. To attain the purpose, provided is the non-contact type angle measuring apparatus using the laser displacement sensor comprising: the laser displacement sensor for outputting three lasers, vertical with respect to one reference plane and parallel to one another, to the object and measuring three distances between the reference plane and the object; a micro control unit (MCU) for calculating a rotary angle value of the object whose rotating axis is one of any two axes among spatial orthogonal coordinates to which the reference plane is affiliated by using the three distance information inputted from the laser displacement sensor; and a data collecting and managing part for storing and processing the rotary angle value received from the MCU.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014;[Reference numerals] (AA) Pressure(Atmospheric pressure);(BB) #2_Pressure(0 time);(CC) #1, Pressure(Two times);(DD) #3, Pressure(Four times);(EE) #5, Pressure(Six times)
