The present invention relates to a structure of a drying and deodorizing device for a bidet using warm water which is capable of reducing production costs by having one air blowing unit formed therein and by using one power source for opening and closing a shutter therein, and of facilitating the change of flow paths for drying and deodorizing. The structure of drying and deodorizing device for bidet using warm water comprises: a bidet having a drying unit (200) and a deodorizing unit (300) formed therein; one air blowing unit (400) using a motor for rotating an air blow fan (411) for drying and deodorizing by being connected with the drying unit (200) and the deodorizing unit (300); a nozzle having a nozzle guide (110) formed on the upper end thereof; and a drying and deodorizing guide (420) which are connected with the nozzle guide (110) on the upper part of the air blowing unit and guided from side to side depending on the vertical movement of the nozzle guide (110) for opening a drying shutter (430) and a deodorizing shutter (440).
