摘要

PURPOSE: A graphene and a production method thereof are provided to progress the growth of the graphene only in a desired area as the graphene grows only when a flash lamp light is irradiated. CONSTITUTION: A graphene production method includes the following steps; a step that dopes carbon onto a metal substrate(101); a step that melts the metal substrate irradiating the flash lamp light on the metal substrate on which carbon is doped; and a step that cools the melted metal substrate. The doped carbon moves toward the surface of the metal substrate and grow into a graphene(104) in a cooling step. The metal substrate only within the area in which the flash lamp light is irradiated is melted in the melting step. The metal doping is progressed in an ion implantation method. The metal substrate is composed of a nonmetal substrate and metal layers(102) laminated on the nonmetal substrate.
