摘要

The present invention relates to a device and a method for roll-to-roll patterning for solar cells. The embodiment of the present invention comprises a pair of rolls that can deliver a substrate for a solar cell by taking a step of rolling and unrolling the substrate respectively, a laser irradiation apparatus which patterns the surface of the substrate that is in the process of transferring located in between a pair of rolls, and a diesel roll that is located in the opposite point to the laser irradiation apparatus and is in between the substrate being transferred. The diesel roll provides a device for roll-to-roll patterning for a solar cell substrate during the transferring process of the substrate to have the laser irradiation apparatus to be close to the diesel roll at its closest point. According to the present invention, it can enhance the accuracy of the patterning by maintaining the distance from the substrate to the laser beam when the roll-to-roll patterning method of the solar cell substrate is used.
