The present invention relates to a post-treatment system for exhaust gas of a diesel engine, which is to remove nitrogen oxides and particulate matters in exhaust gas while a DOC (10), a DPF (20), a mixing chamber (30), and an SCR (50) are connected in the same straight line in series. Both ends of the DPF (20) are connected by mutually overlapping cylindrical surfaces of the ends of the DOC (10) and the mixing chamber (30). A ring-shaped clamp (21) is compressed and fixated to the outer circumference where the ends are overlapped in order to connect the ends. The exhaust gas emitted from the mixing chamber (30) is mixed with a reducing agent which is injected from an injector (31) so that mixing can be performed by a mixer (32). The mixed exhaust gas passes a mixing pipe (40) having a fixed length so that even mixing between the reducing agent and the exhaust gas can be performed. The mixed exhaust gas is supplied to the SCR (50) so that periodic cleaning work for the DPF (20) can be easily and rapidly performed and the mixing section can be further extended, thereby significantly improving purification efficiency by the even mixing.
