The present invention relates to a SKH-1 Hr mouse model for allergic march with epicutaneous allergen sensitization and a method for preparing the same. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an animal model for allergic march with epicutaneous allergen sensitization and the animal model for allergic march manufactured thereby. In particular, the allergen is ovalbumin (OVA), and the laboratory animal is a SKH-1 Hr mouse. In addition, a method for screening anti-allergic agents using the animal model for allergic march is provided.
