The present invention relates to a combined device for cultivating and multiplying crustacean and invertebrate, and the combined device includes a plurality of transfer frames continuously arranged and installed in a horizontal direction in an installation space and reciprocating along the arranged direction; a transfer unit guiding the movement of the transfer frames in the horizontal direction along the arranged direction, a plurality of breeding waterways laminated on the transfer frame, and a creature growth container equidistantly arranged in the breeding waterways. Therefore, since crustacean and invertebrate may be cultivated and multiplied in the state that the plurality of transfer frames closely contact each other, the transfer frames may be installed as many as possible within a limited space, and when it intends to confirm the state of cultivating and multiplying or a creature cultivated or multiplied in the transfer frame in a specific column is drawn out, a workspace can be secured by transferring the transfer frame along the transfer unit, and since the creatures may be cultivated and multiplied to the maximum in a minimal space, productivity may be maximized.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
