Disclosed is a structure for installing a Wellbay conductor in an offshore fixed platform. The structure for installing the Wellbay conductor in the offshore fixed platform prevents a riser from being damaged in case of a collision caused by shaking due to waves when the riser vertically descends from the offshore fixed platform to the ocean floor; and allows only damaged parts of the conductor to be replaced because the conductor is formed of four divided parts.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
