The present invention provides a burning shrinkage crack preventing concrete curing sheet and a curing method thereof which prevents the deterioration of concrete by preventing burning shrinkage cracks might be generated in an early curing process of concrete under hot and arid weather conditions of summertime; and improves working environment of workers and simplifies a construction method by providing the water-cooling concrete curing sheet capable of being easily carried. The burning shrinkage crack preventing concrete curing sheet includes at least one curing sheet unit which is placed on the top of placed concrete and which prevents burning shrinkage cracks; a water circulation hose which is arranged inside the curing sheet and which circulates water; a water inlet which is formed on one side of the curing sheet unit to supply water to the water circulation hose; an outlet which is formed on the other side of the curing sheet unit to discharge the water circulated by the water circulation hose; a water circulation pump which circulates water supplied to the water circulation hose; a water injecting hose which is joined between the first inlet of the curing sheet unit and the water circulation pump; and a water discharge hose which is joined to the outlet of the curing sheet unit which is lastly connected and the water circulation pump. The curing sheet unit is characterized by maintaining concrete at a fixed temperature with the water circulated through the water circulation hose via a water-cooling method.
