The present invention relates to a nonvolatile memory. The nonvolatile memory according to the present invention includes a memory cell array, a decoder which is connected to the memory cell array through a plurality of word lines, a data input and output circuit which is connected to the memory cell array through a plurality of bit lines, a power voltage detector which outputs a voltage change signal by sensing the change of a power voltage, and a control logic which controls the decoder and the data input and output circuit to nullify the data stored in the memory cell array in response to the voltage change signal.
