The present invention includes the steps of: transmitting information on farming of a farmer according to a request for the control of disease and insect pest by a manager terminal into an integrated pest control server; detecting prescription history information using the information on the farming by the integrated pest control server; and receiving and outputting the prescription history information from the manager terminal to the integrated pest control server.
