The present invention includes the steps of allowing an integrated pest control server to detect pest control information in order to prescribe for disease and insect pest according to a prescription request for disease and insect pest and allow a manager terminal to determine disease and insect pest to be controlled according to monitored and diagnosed results for the disease and insect pest based on the pest control information; allowing the manager terminal to register prescribing information for the disease and insect pest to be controlled if the pest control information to control the disease and insect pest is detected in the integrated pest control server when the disease and insect pest to be controlled is determined in the manager terminal and then the pest control information is transmitted to the manager terminal; generating prescribing information by collecting the pest control information according to the registered prescribing information, which is registered in the manager terminal, in the integrated pest control server; and outputting the prescription in the manager terminal.
