Disclosed is a metal-carbon composite manufacturing method using a carbon particle which a metal oxide film is formed on the surface. The metal-carbon composite manufacturing method according to the present invention is characterized by including (a) a step of coating the carbon particle with metal; (b) a step of forming the metal oxide film on the surface of the metal by thermally treating the carbon particle on which the metal is coated; (c) a step of adding carbon particle which the metal oxide film is formed on the surface to a molten base metal; and (d) a step of casting or liquid-pressing the molten base metal in which the carbon particle is added.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
