摘要

The present invention relates to a carbon nanotube/metal oxide particle composite film which can be used as an anode material of a lithium ion battery. According to the present invention, a free-standing composite film having a thickness in micrometers is produced by filtering a solution, in which acid-treated carbon nanotubes and metal oxide particles are dispersed, through a vacuum filtration technique. Accordingly, the production process is simple so that the film, as an anode material of a lithium ion battery, can have effects such as excellent cycle stability, high reversible capacity, and excellent rate capability during repetitive charge/discharge. Moreover, the metal oxide particle has a porous structure and a high surface area so that an overall reaction area and reversible capacity are enlarged. The metal oxide particles exist by being uniformly dispersed in a nanoporous network structure of the carbon nanotubes and by being strongly bonded by means of the carbon nanotubes, so as to have high conductivity and be applied as an anode material of a lithium ion battery without a binder, a conductive filler, or a substrate.
