DUAL DIALOG MANAGEMENT-BASED VOICE DIALOG SYSTEM USING HIERARCHICAL DIALOG TASK LIBRARY

摘要

The present invention relates to a dual dialog management-based voice dialog system using a hierarchical dialog task library and a method thereof. Unlike an existing voice dialog system which requires much construction costs and time and in which reuse of dialog knowledge is difficult, the provided voice dialog system is able to build and package task-level dialog knowledge in a hierarchical structure to improve reusability. Also, the voice dialog system divides a dialog service into tasks to facilitate design of the dialog service and is able to establish and process dialog knowledge in a dialog planning method using relations among the tasks.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
