The present invention relates to a technique of manufacturing a camera robot using LEGO MINDSTORM and controlling it via applications using a Bluetooth. Through the present invention, photographing can be easily done in various environments including dangerous areas, hence more diverse kinds of photograph can be taken and prompt judgment and reaction for a situation are possible. In addition, the camera robot can be controlled by smart phone applications which are familiar to people, thereby helping people to easily access the robot.
