The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a metal nanoparticle for a solar cell, an ink composition including the metal nanoparticle, and a method to manufacture a thin film using the same. More specifically, the said invention relates to a method to manufacture a metal nanoparticle forming a light absorbing layer of the solar cell comprising the steps of: preparing a first solution including a reducing agent; preparing a second solution including two or more kinds of salts selected in a group containing copper (Cu) base, zinc (Zn) base, and tin (Sn) base; producing a mixture by mixing the first solution and the second solution; and synthesizing and refining one or more kinds of metal nanoparticles by the reaction of the mixture, an ink composition including the metal nanoparticle, and a method to manufacture a thin film using the same.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
