The present invention provides various titanium alloy plating compositions that can be industrially used. A starting material of the compositions is titanyl sulfate. Especially, according to the present invention, an alloy layer can be formed in an easy manner by using an organic acid complexing agent and by adding at least one metal ion of aluminum, zinc, chromium, iron, indium, cadmium, cobalt, nickel, tin, lead, copper, silver, palladium, platinum, gold, iridium, osmium, molybdenum, or vanadium.
