The present invention relates to a mobile greenhouse apparatus having multiple stages. In particular, the mobile greenhouse apparatus comprises: a common cultivation greenhouse; a crop storage chamber which is equipped by an air conditioner and is constructed with an insulation material; a moving rail having multiple stages which is installed between the common cultivation greenhouse and the crop storage chamber and has multiple stages; and plant vegetation plates installed to be able to independently move on the moving rail. For example, during the day, the vegetation plates are spread in the greenhouse to cultivate agricultural products using sun light; at night or under a severe weather condition when air conditioning is needed, vegetation plates are stacked in the storage chamber to reduce air conditioning cost required for crop cultivation. Furthermore, even under a severe weather condition, the agricultural products can be safely cultivated in the mobile greenhouse apparatus having multiple stages.
