Novelty: a method for the cultivation of strawberry plants and greenhouse-grown vegetables planted in beds with elevated plantation surface are disclosed herein. Technical features: the vegetables and strawberry plants are cultivated into longitudinal beds 1 the plantation surface of which is elevated by 50 cm at least from the level where the workers are supposed to circulate and configurated with a rigid framework 3 retaining the soil. Parallel longitudinal corridors 2 interpose between the beds to allow the circulation of the working staff during cultivation and collection of vegetables. A greenhouse into which the beds are manufactured with steady systems destined for the transport and circulation of the produce (e.g. trolleys, 4 or transport means hanging from a ceiling track system 5). A steady air-flow control system 6 creating optimal climate inside the greenhouse is also provided. The framework of the greenhouse is composed of frames (7.1) able to overlap lengthwise the oneside 8 of the chamber, freeing the entire cultivated surface. Advantages: optimal plant cultivation and growth conditions, comfortable working conditions for the collection of the produce, significant reduction of the operational cost, improvement of the quality of the produce and control and traceability process to be applied to the produce from production to consumption stage.
