The system (10) is for the harvest of long-stemmed plants in a greenhouse cultivation bed and employs a frame displaceable over the greenhouse floor and between the cultivation beds. The frame incorporates first transport devices (11) extending into the cultivation beds vertically to move away plants from the beds. Second transport devices (18) take the harvested plants from the first devices and discharge them into an elongated channel beneath the base of the frame. The second transport devices are divided into two sections (18,18') which feed the harvested plants to the discharge device (5) divided into two parallel discharge sections (7,7').
