The present invention relates to a method for detecting a microorganism in the shortest period of time using a real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and, more specifically, to a method for detecting a microorganism in the shortest period of time using real-time PCR, comprising the steps of representing DNA concentration (Y) function of whole genome amplification (WGA) time (X) while making a graph of DNA concentration per time by performing WGA, after gaining a value of detection limit through real-time PCR of a specific microorganism, calculating the shortest period of time of WGA as substituting the value of detection limit in the function Y, and performing real-time PCR as conducting the specific microorganism for the shortest period of time of WGA.
