The present invention relates to a four-dimensional virtual reality shooting system using a hologram which can provide a realistic shooting environment and experience by projecting a three-dimensional virtual reality image in a shooting space using a hologram and adding sound effects and vibrations when a bullet is fired. The system according to the present invention comprises: a main control device for controlling each configuration according to virtual reality hologram image shooting programs installed into a system; a hologram display device for receiving an image output signal from the main control device and projecting an virtual reality image in a space; shooting devices for performing shooting training and playing a game by outputting a laser when the shooting device is fired at a target in the virtual reality image; an auxiliary control device for interfacing the main control device and multiple shooting devices; an audio device for amplifying an audio signal transmitted by the main control device and outputting the amplified signal; and an reaction device which is attached to a shooter's body and generates trembling and low frequency vibrations according to signals from the main control device.
