METHOD OF MANUFACTURING NANO PASTE CONTAINING ORTHO-SILICATE FOR DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL AND THE PASTE THEREOF AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ELECTRODE USING THE PASTE AND THE ELECTRODE THEREOF AND DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL WITH THE ELECTRODE
The present invention provides a manufacturing method of nano-paste for a dye-induction solar cell including ortho silicate, the nano-paste, a manufacturing method of an electrode using the paste, the electrode, and a dye-induction solar cell including the electrode. The manufacturing method of nano-paste for a dye-induction solar cell including ortho silicate, the nano-paste, the manufacturing method of an electrode using the paste, the electrode, and the dye-induction solar cell including the electrode, given in the present invention, includes: an S1 step of preparing a dioxide titan precursor mixture; an S2 step of adding an ortho silicate compound to the mixture and converting the phase into a gel compound using water; an S3 step of thermal-treating the gel compound; and an S4 step of removing a solvent from the thermally-treated gel compound and manufacturing paste by adding at least one selected in a group of terpenol and ethyl-cellulose. By doing so, it is possible to increase the delivery efficiency of the current generated by sunlight and maximize the voltage and the photoelectric transformation efficiency by supressing back reaction.
