MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ELECTRODE PASTE FOR SOLAR CELLS CAPABLE OF REDUCING CARBON IMPURITIES AND FORMING A THICK LIGHT ELECTRODE WHILE PREVENTING CRACKS, THE PASTE THEREOF, AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD OF AN ELECTRODE USING THE PASTE, THE ELECTRODE, AND A SOLAR CELL INCLUDING THE ELECTRODE
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of electrode paste is provided to improve absorption of dyes by forming macropores with a sufficient surface area and to maximize a photo conversion efficiency.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an electrode paste comprises a step of mixing a titanium isopropoxide, acetic acid, and surfactant with alcohol solvent(S1); a step of adding carbon black to the mixture and converting the mixture into a gel material using water(S2); a step of heat-treating the gel material(S3); a step of removing the solvent from the heat-treated gel material; adding at least one selected from ethanol, terpinol, and ethyl cellulose; and mixing the material to manufacture paste(S4).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (AA) Start; (BB) Prepare a mixture; (CC) S1 step; (DD) Manufacture a gel material; (EE) S2 step; (FF) Heat-treat; (GG) S3 step; (HH) Manufacture paste; (II) S4 step; (JJ) End
