Antimicrobial arm warmers using leek extracts and a method for manufacturing the same according to the present invention comprises: a crushing step (S10) for crushing leek; an aging step (S20) for generating an aged mixture wherein antimicrobial components are extracted; a concentration step (S30) for generating leek extracts in aged juice state from the aged mixture; a mixing step (S40) for generating a leek extracts mixed liquid by mixing plant extracts including natural antimicrobial components; a homogenizing step (S50) for generating a natural antimicrobial deodorant by mixing a natural emulsifier and a natural herb; a moisture removing step (S60) for removing moisture from the natural antimicrobial deodorant; a microcapsuling step (S70) for processing the natural antimicrobial deodorant as a microcapsule antimicrobial so as to maintain the properties of the deodorant; a dyeing step (S80) for dyeing the arm warmers into an antimicrobial aqueous solution wherein the microcapsule antimicrobial and purified water are mixed; and a drying step (S90) for drying the dyed arm warmers in the dyeing step. The antimicrobial arm warmers are harmless to the human body when used and prevent microorganism such as mold, germs and the like from proliferating so as to protect health and remove odor, such that it is convenient to use, as well as produce economical effects capable of utilizing large amount of leek wasted after harvest time due to short distribution period.
