The present invention relates to a DNA polymorphism marker for the identification of the varieties of cucumber, an identification method of the varieties of cucumber, and a kit including the marker. The marker of the present invention can be useful for identifying and breeding domestic varieties of cucumbers by identifying domestically distributed 16 varieties of cucumbers using the marker for the identification of the varieties of cucumbers.
