The present invention relates to an electric cap for permanent having neat appearance, capable of containing wires and being easily kept. The electric cap for permanent comprises; an inner skin unit (110); a heater unit (120) provided to encompass the inner skin unit (110) and contain hot wires (121); and an outer skin unit (130) provided to encompass the heater unit (120) and be connected with the inner skin unit (110) through zipper units (111) (131), and additionally comprise: a first connection unit (140) formed to be able to move for connection by being fixed at one side of the top of the outer skin unit (130) so as to close an opening unit of the electric cap (100) or open to an original state; and a second connection unit (150) formed to be able to fix or release the first connection unit (140) on the other side of the outer skin unit (130) corresponding to the first connection unit (140).
