The present invention relates to a power strip having an integrated ground member and facilitating easy separation of a plug from the power strip, which can easily be produced and assembled. The power strip with an integrated ground member comprises: a main body having a plug insertion hole into which a plug is inserted; a separation plate having a plug penetration hole where a terminal of the plug passes and installed at the plug insertion hole to be capable of lifting so that the plug inserted into the main body can be separated from the power strip when the separation plate is lifted; a separation control module for lifting the separation plate according to an operation of a user; and a ground member for grounding the plug, wherein the separation control module includes a plate contact unit contacting the bottom surface of the separation plate, a rotation axis unit installed to be able to rotate at the main body, and an operation lever with a push contact unit provided at the opposite side of the plate contact unit for being applied with external force; and the ground member composed of one pair of ground units exposed to an inner wall in the plug insertion hole to let the plug be grounded, and a connection unit for connecting the one pair of ground unit to each other inside the main body, wherein the connection unit is extended along a length direction of the operation lever; and the operation lever has a ground passing hole formed on the up and down directions, through which one pair of ground units passes.
