From the obtained results can be concluded, that multiple remelting leads to a change in chemical composition and changes in the resulting structure, increasing the formation of sludge phases. Due to the remelting, iron phase needles length has grown. The use of the heat treatment T5 led to a positive effect on the microstructure while the impact of natural aging was only beneficial to the third remelting. The significant effect of multiple remelting on selected mechanical properties occurs at the fourth remelting, when significant decrease occured. With lower numbers of remelting, artificial aging and natural aging are approximately equally effective, but with the increasing number of remelting, the effectiveness of natural aging is declining and therefore, it is better to use artificial aging.
