The present invention provides a method of calculating a spraying cooling water distribution of a multi-injection nozzle during a continuous casting process for uniform cooling of a continuous slab. The calculating a spraying cooling water distribution of a multi-injection nozzle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes (1) calculating a peak bandwidth of a spraying cooling water overlapping profile from a distance between a first injection nozzle and a second injection nozzle; (2) calculating a peak amount of spraying cooling water of the spraying cooling water overlapping profile from a total amount of spraying cooling water injected from the first injection nozzle and the second injection nozzle; (3) calculating a first distance percentage of a peak of the spraying cooling water overlapping profile from the second injection nozzle to the distance, from a ratio of an amount of spraying cooling water of the second injection nozzle to the first injection nozzle; (4) calculating a second distance percentage of a peak of the spraying cooling water overlapping profile in a direction from the second injection nozzle to the first injection nozzle in a peak bandwidth of the spraying cooling water overlapping profile, from a ratio of an amount of spraying cooling water of the second injection nozzle to the first injection nozzle; and (5) calculating a total spraying cooling water profile using the spraying cooling water overlapping profile calculated using the peak bandwidth, the peak amount of spraying cooling water, the first distance percentage, and the second distance percentage.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014;[Reference numerals] (S110) Calculate a peak bandwidth of a spraying cooling water overlapping profile from an injection nozzle distance; (S120) Calculate a peak amount of spraying cooling water of the spraying cooling water overlapping profile from a total amount of spraying cooling water; (S130) Calculate a first distance percentage of a peak of the spraying cooling water overlapping profile from a ratio of amount of spraying cooling water; (S140) Calculate a second distance percentage of a peak of the spraying cooling water overlapping profile from a ratio of amount of spraying cooling water; (S150) calculate a total spraying cooling water profile using the spraying cooling water overlapping profile calculated using the peak bandwidth, the peak amount of spraying cooling water, the first distance percentage, and the second distance percentage
