The present invention relates to a systematic process system for an effective operation of nuclear power plants which includes: an equipment credibility module (110) that generates information about equipment credibility by planning for performance monitor and preventive maintenance according to the criticality of the power plants; a configuration management module (120) which receives documents for design change, generates information for configuration management and transfers them to the equipment credibility module (110); a material management module (130) which saves material records and generates information about the material management containing record of the material purchases necessary to implement tasks; a work management module (140) which controls the operation of the power plants according to the work schedule after selecting works, saves and controls information about equipment credibility, configuration management and material management, and which conducts performance monitoring by classifying the criticality of the changed design; a risk monitoring module (150) which selects tasks, sets up work schedule and monitors risks created according to the implemented works based on the probabilistic safety assessment (PSA) and defense in depth. According to the present invention, the process required to operate nuclear power plants structuralizes a model, module and a statement process by composition level so that management as well as practical level personnel can easily understand based on the position, and development and operation of a systematic process is possible.
