The present invention relates to an oil mist generator capable of adjusting the generation amount of oil mist, which can improve an oil mist generator for machining according to the prior invention disclosed in the patent application 10-2002-0036174 (2002.06.27) and thus can adjust the generation amount of oil mist by installing an oil crushing head in an oil storage tank and varying the position of the oil crushing head to be near or away from a spray nozzle to adjust the crushing amount of oil. In the oil mist generator of the present invention, an oil mist outlet is formed on the upper end of an oil tank, an oil injection nozzle is installed downward in the inner center of the oil tank, at least two lead screws are provided in the inner upper part of the oil tank, a diaphragm is coupled to the lead screws and has a drain hole on the outer periphery thereof, an oil crushing head is mounted on the upper surface of the diaphragm to correspond to the oil injection nozzle, and the lead screws are operated from the outside so that the head thereof protrudes to the outside of the oil tank to lift up the diaphragm having the oil crushing head mounted thereon. The oil mist generator of the present invention can have cleanliness, economic efficiency, and stability in addition to a high lubrication function and an excellent oil mist generation effect by adjusting the generation amount of oil mist while making air pressure and oil supply constant in generating the oil mist to supply the oil mist appropriately depending on the intended use in industrial sites and can improve work efficiency and productivity by smoothly generating the oil mist to supply the oil mist appropriate for work even when supplying a small amount of the oil mist to a place that requires the small amount of the oil mist for micromachining.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
