A pressure absorbing piston pump assay is provided to reduce vibration and noise occurrence by preventing the pulsation generation caused by the reciprocating piston movement. A pressure absorbing piston pump assay comprises a pump outlet valve which is formed in the pump outlet, a pump sleeve(3) which takes in and ejects the working fluid, an outlet valve(5) which is opened and closed by the pressure of the working fluid ejected from the pump sleeve, and a damper unit(10) which accepts the outlet valve and has the working fluid storage.
