A hybrid ventilation apparatus and a hybrid ventilation system are disclosed. A hybrid ventilation apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, as a device for spraying liquid, comprises a base unit; a wing unit combined on the base unit to be rotatable and generating air current according to rotation; a driving unit rotating the wing unit; and a nozzle unit for injecting the liquid towards the air current for the liquid to be emitted along the air current. A hybrid ventilation apparatus and a hybrid ventilation system according to an embodiment of the present invention can constantly and evenly inject liquid to wide area and control temperature of object area.
