Disclosed are a hybrid ventilation apparatus and a hybrid ventilation system. The hybrid ventilation apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is configured to spray liquid, and comprises: a base part; a wing part coupled with the base part to be able to rotate and generating an air current due to the rotation; a driving part for rotating the wing part; a ring-shaped case having a penetration portion formed therein from one surface to the other surface, wherein the wing part is inserted into the penetration portion; a nozzle part coupled with an inner wall of the case and having multiple spray holes for spraying the liquid toward the air current, wherein the multiple spray holes are formed along the inner wall of the case; and a supply tube coupled with the nozzle part and supplying the liquid to the nozzle part. The hybrid ventilation apparatus and the hybrid ventilation system according to embodiments of the present invention can continuously and uniformly spray liquid to a wide area, and can regulate the temperature of a target area.
