The present invention relates to a roadkill prevention system. The roadkill prevention system of the present invention comprises identification terminals which interwork with a motion detection unit through a wired and wireless communication network and transmit roadkill information through the wired and wireless communication network in real time when a roadkill situation occurs; a situation room server which is connected to the identification terminals through the wired and wireless communication network, stores the roadkill information transmitted from the identification terminals, and automatically transmits the roadkill information to patrol terminals and guide terminals through the wired and wireless communication network; the patrol terminals which are connected to the situation room server through the wired and wireless communication network and receive the roadkill information transmitted from the situation room server; and the guide terminals which are connected to the situation room server through the wired and wireless communication network and displays the roadkill information by receiving the roadkill information transmitted from the situation room server.
