The present invention relates to a symbol input method in a mobile communication terminal including a touchscreen, comprising: a step of entering a symbol recognition mode by detecting a pointing device contact on the touchscreen; and a step of recognizing the movement of the pointing device as Braille symbols and inputting the same and the mobile communication terminal related to the same.
