PURPOSE: A device for analyzing multi intention of a user and a method thereof are provided to analyze an eye line route of the user, thereby finding navigation intention, information intention, and interchange intension. CONSTITUTION: A displaying unit(110) provides an image to a user. A detecting unit(120) detects an eye line route of the user for the image. An extracting unit(140) extracts eye line route feature information from the eye line route. A determining unit(150) determines intension of the user by using the eye line feature information. The intension of the user is information intension which has a purpose obtaining information in a specific location; navigation intention which navigates an information world without expectation for an action resu and interchange intension which performs a specific action expecting a specific result.
