Disclosed is a 3D learning system for scientific education which can increase learning performance through an implementation of study materials related to geology and astronomical science in 3D. The 3D learning system for scientific education generates an image information after rendering an object information including a volcano, an earthquake, earth science and human body information with real time frame frame per second (FPS) by using a 3D engine tool, and displays in the display screen. The present invention can write on the displayed image information, move the image up and down, left to right directions, can indicate an overlapped multiple image information in order to easily identify the internal structure, provide all kinds of menu and education data synchronized with the displayed image information as a simulator. Accordingly, the present invention helps a learner to easily understand an object which is difficult to materialize.
