The present invention relates to a method for predicting a drug reaction of Zafirlukast and, more specifically, to a method for predicting a drug reaction before taking Zafirlukast by analyzing a genotype of a gene which codes Cytochrome P450 2C9 (CYP2C9 P450 2C9) which is a main metabolic enzyme of the Zafirlukast in order to be related to the side effects of Zafirlukast for Koreans having a specific genotype (CYP2C9*1/*3 or CYP2C9*1/*13). The method of the present invention can calculate an optimal drug dose by genotype so that the side effects can be reduced and can be utilized to suggest drug approval details which considers drug dose according to genotype.
