The present invention relates to a functional health drink using water dropwort fermented vinegar. Since the drink contains a water dropwort fermented vinegar, a persimmon concentrate, and a rice embryo and a soybean fermented extract, the drink is highly effective in protecting nerve cells from oxidative damage, and can alleviate inflammatory disease increasing along with an aging process and thus prevent or alleviate senile disorders, thereby being useful as a functional health drink.
