The present invention relates to a device for sterilizing and drying hygienic food service tools using microwaves. The device of the present invention is used in sterilizing, drying, and storing hygienic tools used in food service facilities. The device comprises: a cabinet (10) which is equipped with a reflective surface (111) for reflecting microwaves into chambers (11) compartmentalized into a particular size for the purpose of being applied, wherein each of the chambers is coupled with a door (12) equipped with a microwave blocking window (121) so that the inside of the chamber can be penetrated; a microwave heating device (20) which is coupled with each of the chambers (11) in order to be independently controlled; and a drying device (30) which is connected with the microwave heating device (20) in order to be operated together with the same. The drying device (30) comprises: an air circulating path (31) which is formed to connect top and bottom spaces in each chamber; an air suctioning fan (32) which is installed at the top of the air circulating path so as to induce the flow or air; an air discharging hole (33) and an air feeding suctioning hole (34) which are respectively formed at the top and bottom of the air circulating path in order to be connected with the outside of the chamber; a three-way valve (35) which is coupled with an air discharging hole connecting unit so as to select the flow of the air through the air circulating path (31) or the air discharging hole (33); an opening and closing valve (36) which is coupled with an air suctioning hole connecting unit so as to block external air in order not to be flowed into the chamber; and a heat wire (37) which is installed on a space between the three-way valve (35) and the opening and closing valve (36).
