The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing composite metal oxide sintered body comprising InGaZn_XO_X+3 which comprises the steps of: preparing a mixture of In_2O_3 and Ga_2O_3 and ZnO with a molar ratio of 1:5-10; primarily crushing the oxides and determining whether the size of the primarily crushed oxides is appropriate; performing secondary crushing if the size is not appropriate, or calcinating if the size is appropriate; compressing and molding the crushed oxide powder; followed by sintering the compressed and molded oxide powder.
