The present invention relates to a porridge premix containing a rice mixture and stabilized rice bran and to a method for producing the same. The porridge premix for producing a porridge, which can be helpful for health, is produced by separating three types of rice pulverized materials having a particular particle size distribution and using a rice mixture mixed with the same at a particular ratio and stabilized rice bran. The porridge produced using the porridge premix has improved dispersed properties to deliver a soft texture so that consumers can easily chew and swallow the porridge. When the porridge is produced, the shape of rice is restored so that consumers can also chew the porridge as if they were eating rice and rice can be possibly replaced with the porridge. Moreover, it takes 30% less time to produce the porridge compared to the existing method so that the porridge mix can be produced more simply and conveniently. In addition, stabilized rice bran powder is added, so that rice bran components are not acidified and antioxidant components contained in the rice bran remain even after time passes, so that the effects of rice bran can be maintained and functionalities can be remarkably improved. Accordingly, the porridge produced using the porridge premix containing a mixture of three types of rice and stabilized rice bran of the present invention can be usefully used as a healthy food for the elderly, an alternative meal for adults, a nutritious food for infants and children, and an etiological diet or a recovery food for patients.
