The present invention relates to a portable LED working lamp and, more specifically, to a portable LED working lamp which increases a spreading rate and efficiency of an LED lamp and is of practical by including a detachable/attachable battery. The portable LED working lamp of the present invention is formed of; an LED module in which an LED is mounted on a printed circuit board; and a main body in which the LED module is embedded. Light of an inner LED is firstly refracted and diffused through a first diffusion lens which is attached on an upper side of the LED module. The firstly diffused light of the LED is secondly refracted and diffused through a second diffusion lens which is assembled to the main body. A side case is combined to both sides of the main body. The side case comprises; a first power connection unit for connecting the power of a battery; and a second power connection unit for connecting external direct power. One side connection terminal of a chargeable battery which is included separately is coupled to a fixing ring and is assembled integrally while being connected to the first power connection unit. A power switch and second and third power connection units for connecting the external direct power are included in the side case and the battery.
